This product is part of our collection ‘Buy One, Plant One.’ For every beanie we sell, we plant an Andean Cedar in Omacha, Cusco. We do this in partnership with the NGO Pachamama Raymi. They run a program in these communities to help the families learn how to sustainably and responsibly, manage this resource so, the sale of the timber, can later become an additional long-term income source. This action aligns with our purpose as an additional income source speaks directly to helping improve their quality of life.
In line with our commitment to promote responsible consumption, this beanie is made with 100% alpaca. It has been made using hand-made threads that come from communities in Puno that use ancestral techniques which have maintained in time. It is a reversible beanie; one side is grey with a red stripe and the other side is red.
We are very careful and demand our suppliers to produce high quality products. We have quality assurance personnel to review every piece of clothing that goes to our stores. Nevertheless, if your purchase has any fabric defect, we will immediately replace it with a new one.
